Marks Moore, a native San Antonian, picked up his Dad’s Canon AE-1 at a very young age and started making photographs of wildlife on the Texas Coast.
In 1995 Marks started his commercial photography career in Dallas, continuing it is San Francisco where he found himself caught up in the craze of the Dot Com Boom. He worked beside the best photographers in Advertising in Silicon Valley.
In 2002 he decided to solidify both his technical skills and love for composition in fine art when he received a degree in photography at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.
Marks resides in San Antonio with his wife Sarah and children, Hudson and Pearl. He has been working as a commercial photographer for the past 13 years. In 2013 he wasincluded as a new artist in the Blue Star Red Dot Show and in 2014 was a collected artist.
In this collection of photographs he was drawn to the grand scale of his surroundings. Creating poetic composition is alway his goal, keeping your mind stimulated both intellectually an visually. In these photographs he is leading us on a journey of finding happiness within peaceful solitude.
